I happened across this hotel through hotels.com and am SO glad I did. The property is lovely and our family of six stayed in the wizard room which was just absolutely magical! The location is in walking distance of bus and train station. We walked to Buckingham palace easily. The staff were all so polite and accommodating. Breakfast was perfect! And everything was neat and clean. Would highly recommend this establishment to anyone! If we return to London will be staying here!

Lovely little spot. In a calm part of town but super close to everything you’d need. Would throughly reccomend for anyone who has onward travel from Victoria station or would like to be centrally based in London. No AC but the hotel provided a fan and that was totally fine for me - I was there during 30 degree weather and slept fine.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. However, there are a few things travellers should be aware of. As these are listed Georgian buildings, there are no lifts or air conditioning. The hotel provides oscillating fans, which worked well during my stay. Also, although the booking is under the name Georgian House Hotel, the hotel actually operates across two separate buildings with different names on nearby streets. This can be a little confusing for first-time visitors, as you may check in at one building but stay in the other. Finally, there are a few steps leading up to the reception, with no ramp available, so you may need assistance if you have heavy luggage. Overall, a lovely stay, but it is worth being aware of these practical details before booking.
