It’s a very convenient location if you’re looking to stay near transportation and concerts/sporting events, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden just down the street. Room was clean, didn’t really use the gym but nice to have it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom is very small and you can’t open the windows in the rooms.

The hotel was a little tricky to find, it is tucked in amongst shops on the street. But I was very pleasantly surprised how lovely it was . Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room while compact had everything I needed. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again on a future trip to NYC.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great, and the staff was very helpful. We had an issue with our bathroom, and staff came and fixed it immediately. They also recommended nearby restaurants and arranged for cars to the airport. One thing they do need is a railing on the front steps. It was difficult for some of our group to get up the steps and into the building without a handrail. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again in the future!
