This was my third stay at this hotel, and overall, it remains a clean, modern, and convenient choice. It’s located near plenty of dining options and only a 20-minute drive from the Disney Parks.
However, I would have rated it 5 stars if it hadn’t been for a frustrating issue with the breakfast hours. We missed breakfast by just a few minutes because of a misleading notice. After returning to the hotel from a special Disney event around 1 AM on Wednesday, we saw a printed message in the lobby stating breakfast was served from 7 AM to 10 AM.
The next morning, we arrived at 9:35 AM, only to find breakfast had already ended. The message in the lobby was still up, showing 10 AM as the end time, but the receptionist pointed out a different sign on the wall indicating breakfast ends at 9:30 AM on weekdays.
We were puzzled by the discrepancy, especially since the printed note in the lobby was more prominent and visible when we returned late from the park. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer to make it right. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the misleading notice was still up in the lobby, potentially confusing more guests.
It’s a shame, because everything else about the stay was great, but this mix-up was disappointing.
