This is a nice clean hotel right in the heart of Chinatown. As with all New York hotel rooms the rooms are small, but they are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent! They’ll even tell you great places to eat and the neighborhood and places to see. We enjoyed our stay here very much and plan to return.

Small rooms but very clean. Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. F-train subway stop is about a 5 min walk away. During the day very bustling area, lots of local shops! Felt very safe. Late at night some of the surrounding streets are pretty empty, which felt a little less comfortable walking back from the D-train stop coming back from Midtown.

We had a great stay here, everyone was very kind and helpful and the property was clean and comfortable, as well as in a convenient location-just a few blocks to a subway station. We especially appreciated getting to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out since we had a couple of hours to kill before we left town. Would stay here again for sure!

Loved Hotel Mimosa and would stay there again. Room was clean and plenty big enough. A small rack to hang clothes and a desk with plenty of charging ports. Close to the subway and plenty of food and shopping a few steps away. Temperature was comfortable in June, room would get warm if we left the curtains open during the day but the fan worked well in cooling it back down. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with a 24 hour staffed front desk.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to me. The room felt a little small but the bed was big and comfortable so it balanced out. Bathroom was clean with complimentary toiletries, water temperature was great and hot after long days of exploring. The view from my room had a nice gaze of the manhattan bridge and local Chinatown. The location serves great for exploring the neighborhood as well as getting around to uptown or brooklyn via subway nearby. I thank the hotel staff for being helpful and accommodating and I will definitely be coming back.

A real hidden gem - this place is reasonably priced, very clean, and in easy walking distance of the subway and pretty much everything in lower Manhattan. The rooms are admittedly small, but unless you’re willing to pay $500+ a night, you aren’t going to do better. The staff were great, and always on hand if we needed help, and the rooms had amenities I haven’t seen in much more expensive hotels. Oh and the sound-proofing on the rooms was very good! I’d happily stay here again, without a doubt!
