Convenient with lovely staff

The manager was very nice as were the staff. The hotel was close to the railway station which was great. It was near some gay and other night venues and so felt safe to be able to easily and quickly get back after dark. It wasn’t far from The tower nor The Winter Gardens (which is a lively venue for various performance based arts.)

Booked a superior double bedroom, couldn’t even fit a bedside table in the room it was so tiny. The steps are so steep to climb up to the second floor, the walls were stained, there was no soap in the bathroom, the windows are very thin & the thin curtains don’t fit the windows fully so lets a lot of cold air in. Overall, definitely wouldn’t stop again & would not advise anyone else to book. Not worth the money sadly.
