Excellent central location. Parking was not included as implied on amenities. Was able to contact owner via text with prompt responses.

I booked this as the advert said there was Free Parking. There was no parking whatsoever - so the advert was misleading When I was travelling to the property I had a text giving info about it but was then told there are no towels. This is no use as I was already on the way. I then tried to get my key, which I did. However my key didn’t work. It turned out someone else had my key and I had someone else’s key. The Property supplier just told me to sort it out with the other person and put the phone down I tried to claim back the paid parking - but the supplier refused. Hotels.com refunded me back the parking. I have also taken photos out of the window.
