Appartment was alright but the location was less nice. Surroundings where very noisy also a lot of traffic during the night. Rooms where not sound proof. You have restaurants in the neighborhood but the accommodation itself did not have a lot to offer. They have a pool on the 5th floor but we prefer to book an accommodation which is on the beach .

The view of the marina from the room was spectacular. I loved the balcony and the pool. We got the 1 bedroom unit and the kitchen was full service and they also had a washer and dryer. Beautiful hotel would book again.

I had an incredible experience at 72 Park! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the property itself is stunning. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay feel extra special. The pool and on-site gum were top-notch! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami Beach!
