Poor Customer service from hotel.com

Booked but was found out the placed was closed for booking but the apps still allows to book. Ended up reaching there with no place to stay. Had to make alternative plan to stay for the night. Going thru a terrible process of getting the refund. Till now it’s still hang there from the hotel.com. Customer service feedback cannot contact the property contact person while the WhatsApp from the property said already feedback to the apps.
