Clean and friendly. As expected.
Very clean. Owner was friendly. Have stayed here before under previous management so knew what to expect with rooms. Average Blackpool B&B, nothing special, small room. Cleanliness is all that really matters.
At the moment the new managers are not doing breakfast or bar, that's fine, wetherspoons is just up the rd.
The coffees provided in the room were out of date and the bed was too lumpy and soft. Tbe fan in the room.is a bit dodgy. But apart from that, as expected.
