The staff were very helpful. I deliberately avoided booking a windowless room but I need up in a basement room which was marginally better. Unfortunately, the hotel had an issue with hot water in the morning, which resulted in me having to delay leaving the hotel until it was sorted.

Air con was good and a big relief! Room was TINY but well served by a v comfy bed, good quality bathroom and toiletries. No kettle or fridge or tv, or space to put anything, it’s literally just a place to sleep, but the price reflected that and it was a very very handy location. Staff were great.
