Fantastic location and super easy check in via codes sent by email. We arrived before the official check in time to drop our bags but yhe room was ready for use. Super clean and tidy. A bit of a climb to our top floor room but we made it unscathed. The room reflects the excellent value and we will definitely book again.

Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.

There is no such thing as a reasonably priced room in London as far as I can tell. But considering the great location in Shoreditch and proximity to everything else, this was a decent value. It fulfilled the need for the week and I'd go back. WiFi was a little shaky. Staff was very nice and responsive. There is a bus stop about 20 meters from the front door and the metro is about a 4 minute walk.

The room was extremely noisy. The window didn’t close properly, so the road noise was inevitable. Old street is the worst place for it - with the near by nightclubs. The decoration was poorly done - remember the 1990s, when everything, including piping, electrical cables and the walls, was painted with brilliant white emulsion because they couldn’t be bothered? The furniture was poor quality - wonky and wobbly - and the hangers were all random plastic ones, which was a bit depressing. The dishes had not been washed properly, so we had to wash them before using them.

We didn’t end up staying at the property for a few reasons. There were about 14 stairs to get up to the property, no lift. The property was one room with a shared bathroom and it was on a busy street. Finally, there was no a/c . We moved to the hotel across the street.

Chambre et avec des toilettes en commun c'est inconcevable pour une famille! snack en bas de la chambre ,bouchon d'oreille posé sur la commode pour réduire le bruit autours de la chambre( caserne des pompiers en face; nous avons quitté la chambre et informé le propriétaire en lui demandant un remboursement! à ma connaissance aucun de retour de sa part! nous avons loué dans un hôtel le soir même.
