Overall my stay here was good - the room was clean, comfortable, newly refurbished, and a good size. The check-in process wasn't ideal for me personally, though many people will be fine with it - I arrived at night, and had to enter the booking info (name, address, contact details) into a very bright, large touchscreen outside the hotel in order to get a keycard to enter. Your room number is also very clearly displayed on the screen to anyone nearby, which I think is a personal safety oversight - though as I said previously, many people will be fine with this. Hotel was good value for the area.

The stay was fine. the hotel is spartan but clean. We booked a room with double bed and received a room with two singles. We also were advised a text would be sent to enable check in en route but never received one meaning we had to stand on the street at night to check in on a computer. As we needed to be in the area, this worked, but to be honest the premier inn up the road would probably have been better for a minor increase in cost.

Did not receive Whatsapp to get quick check in, however, there is a touch screen by the front door that will take your info and print room cards and allow acces to the property. Room a good size, we had two single beds which were comfy. Shower room looked brand new and all worked well. There are only 2 maybe 3 car parking spaces around the back which were taken. Parking is limited to two hours on the surrounding streets at £9 but free from 6.30pm to 8.30am. Breakfast was a pleasant surpise as didn't expect much but there was various hot & cold food available on a self serve basis plus a coffee machine and water/fruit juice. A good start to the day.

The hotel is very No Frills, but it was clean, room was large, bed was comfy, had everything we needed. It is almost impossible finding a reasonably priced hotel in London. It's not super central but very close and the area is very nice in it's on right. Felt safe and has plenty of food options nearby. Self check in is efficient but a bit odd if you're used to talking to a person. Breakfast is ok. Nothing amazing, but it was included in the price.

Recently refurbished hotel with modern and very clean facilities. Excellent location near the river and the High Street. The only issue was that there was no reception staff in the evening, and I didn't notice the self-check-in machine at first. Luckily, another guest kindly showed me where it was. Apart from that, everything was great. Highly recommended.
