May 21, 2026Simon was great helping us check into the apartment, the location is great, just a few minutes walk to the nearest underground station, location was quiet and the amenities were very generous.
Lovely place to stay just needs a little TLC as some areas of the apartment are starting to show sign of wear.
Would recommend.

The Paddington area is lively and offers plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. A few additional kitchen items would be appreciated. A bath mat and a kitchen cloth would also be useful additions.

Apr 20, 2026The location of the flat is great - very convenient - and the price reflected the reality of the flat's condition. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment on that, but the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked!
The matttress was unfortunately very uncomfortable: I repeatedly woke up because of the noise and slope of it. The bathroom is fine, but not as high as spec as the photos would have you believe. More generally, the photos provided do not to show you your flat in its entirety: they're seemingly taken from a variety of flats in the same block, so just be aware of that.
We had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in, so factor this in when you're asked to let them know when you're on your way (they need about 30 minutes notice, which we gave them). The person who let us in was friendly and clear with instructions.

Jun 2, 2026We enjoyed our stay. Location was not too far. Only complaint is that we had to call the host to be let in. We were traveling international and had no way to call. Requested ahead of time and was told we had to call. Luckily our taxi allowed us to use his phone. We would stay again.

Would have been a wonderful stay except there was no hot water - ice cold shower was not nice at all. I messaged the staff to let them know and my message has been completely ignored. Disappointing.

May 2, 2026Staff were very friendly and helpful. Size of the property and location was great. Only down sides, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the bathroom had no floor mat. I actually slipped in the bathroom and buried my leg due to the floor being so wet and the bath being slippy. So wasn’t too happy with that. If them things could be amended it would really push my rating up.

No te dejan reparadores. Habían dejado solo una toalla de mano y sin alfombra o toalla para el piso, me lo alcanzaron al dia siguiente.

May 24, 2026５泊の滞在でしたが、キッチンや洗濯機があり、とても便利でした。又、ベッドルームとダイニングスペースが別々の部屋でしたので、快適に空間を使うことができました。鉄道の駅も最寄りに2駅あり、近くにスーパーも多くあり、好立地です。スタッフもレスポンスが早く親切な対応をしてくれます。
