Very friendly staff, very clean. Comfy bed. The whole hotel was very well maintained. Ideal location for the price. My room did look directly onto the road by some traffic lights. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the traffic starting in the early morning was a bit loud. Other than that I had a wonderful stay!

Chiswick Rooms stay was perfect for what I needed. Located in a charming and quiet area, the rooms were kept cool and clean with blackout shades perfect for jet lagged customers. A special thanks to Noman and the night staff who were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. -CG

The hotel is in a very convenient area just steps away from the Stamford Brook stop on the District line. The staff was so helpful when I arrived very early after an overnight flight from the U.S. The light blocking window shade worked great, allowing me to sleep off my jet lag almost too easily! The room I was assigned was small but clean and functional, but on the 3rd floor with no lift. Be careful in booking and request a ground or first floor if you are traveling with heavy bags or have difficulty in navigating stairs. I can’t say enough good things about the area. There is a great coffee shop just steps away and FANTASTIC restaurant choices within walking distance. Overall great value and helpful staff. Would book again but with a request to be assigned a room on a lower floor.
