The location is fantastic. The staff was great. I checked in at 11am for the extra £20. That meant the room I booked wasn’t available but I made do. Only missing item was a desk. The rest of the place was great. No a/c - couldn’t recall if the room advertised it did - but with the window and wall fan it was plenty cool in October. I would stay here again.

The location on Sheppards Bush was great for local flavor. Lots of food choices and easy walk to the Underground. But, Sheppards Bush is a VERY BUSY two lane road. Lots of fire trucks too. We counted more than 15 the first night. Laundry trucks. Trash Trucks. People standing outside smoking and talking at all hours. Just Loud. The hotel had no A\C which we knew about, but that required the windows to be open to the street noise, probably not an issue in the cooler months. Beds. The bottom sheets barely covered the mattresses and you could see staining, Ew. Defintiely need new mattresses. We checked out a day early due to the noise and mattress situation. It is a budget hotel, but still could be better maintained.

Good location, easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and Sainsbury local 2 mins away. It's a no frills hotel and you get what you pay for. My only advice is in summer, do not stay here, the heat in the room is almost unbearable, there's no AC and it's cooler outside than in the room. Would be much more comfortable in winter. Owners are very nice, hotel is cheap for a reason, a bed and shower but no more which is fine if that's all you need.
