First of all, my rating is based on that this is a 3-star hotel. Based on that the hotel was fine. Well located for Westfield ahopping mall, Lodtus Road Stadium and close to piblic transport. The room was just fine, nothing more, nothing less. Good value for money. The staff was friendly and nice.

Good value if booked in advance. We were given a bigger room than we’d booked. Good location: 10-15min walk from Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith tube stations. Also good bus connections up and down Shepherd’s Bush Road. Generally good experience but the room was extremely hot, which strangely was not coming from the radiator. Better than being too cold but be warned. I woke up sweating both nights / mornings.

Very convenient location, lots of dining choices nearby, a small Sainsburys adjacent to the hotel, and very pleasant reception staff. Room could have been cleaner and looked a bit tired, but it's nothing that would put you off staying and is reflected in the price. Will stay there again next time I'm down that way.
