It was a nice stay, very friendly & helpful receptionists, just the room might need to be little cleaner and as a hotel worker before little change in the rooms such as the TV, fridge etc will really attract more customers, it's in a convenient area close to amenities, stations & Westfield Mall and shops and restaurants.

The check-in guys were super nice and they were really responsive to messages beforehand! No issues at all with the staff, they rocked. The property itself just wasn’t super nice, and the bathroom smelled soooo strongly of cigarettes. It’s the cheapest hotel in that immediate area and you kinda get what you pay for. Overall, it was okay-to-uncomfortable, but the staff are really nice.

Room was lovely with windows that could be opened letting in the much needed breeze during this heatwave! Staff were friendly letting us leave our luggage in the office before 3pm booking in. Thank you for allowing us to enter our room an hour earlier without charge. The little fridge was a fantastic surprise ( a very good idea that most hotels don’t consider) Another good reason we picked Sapphire is the availability of twin rooms so friends and relatives can have one room and share the cost, rather than the inconvenience of sharing a double bed. My Cousin and I will definitely be staying again on our next excursion to London. Superb location as SB has everything to offer with friendliness. Thank you team Sapphire from Karen and Kelly 👍
