Perfect location. Book it.
This is a basic hotel with all the necessary features. Obviously the room was small but it had a bathroom and a bed. I would have liked a fridge but that was fine. Hot breakfast is included. It is right in the middle of tons of great restaurants and shopping. Tons of museums and cultural assets are very close by. The park is wonderful. There's are numerous 7-11s nearby where you can take out money. I would absolutely stay there again. Fabulous.

location is good- close to subway, The hotel needs to improve in terms of strong cigarette smell at the main entrance. I felt in a capsule hotel- very small room it's expensive for what it offers.

Nice hotel to stay.... but
Nice staff and comfort to stay (even room is small than picture), staff tried their best to provide assistance.. however, they provided different level of services, as we tried to leave luggage at the hotel for a day; one staff said no, and other one glad to provide this service for free...

Great location for easy access to Narita
Hotel was really quiet and we slept great. Location was excellent for train station, but neighborhood was a bit seedy compared to other parts of Tokyo. We had a really cool room although it was a bit larger than we needed (we were 3 and it slept 10!)
