Hotel and room were clean. Staff especially those managing the breakfast were very friendly and professional. Beds were not the most comfortable, and rooms for families (2 beds…1 bed and other is pull out couch) are a little tight. If traveling from USA in summer, be prepared that air conditioning isn’t the same as hotels at home, but it is better than going without. Location is excellent with short walk to Waterloo station for transportation, shops, and quick food items. I would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights prior to getting on our cruise ship. The hotel is located in a nice part of London near the Waterloo train/subway station. Nice neighborhood and good restaurant. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning was inconsistent. It was unusually warm in London and the room a/c would intermittently shut down.

About 5 minutes walk from Waterloo underground station. Very clean hotel and room. Friendly staff on reception . Was able to check in an hour early free of charge and check out at 12pm instead of 11pm. Comfortable bed . Plenty of choices for breakfast to suit everyone. Seemed very quiet at night with no noise from outside even though overlooking the main road. Very fast lifts to our 4th floor. We will book again if the price was right.
