Hotel is nice, clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are small but adequate space for NYC rooms. Plenty of restaurants and drug stores within walking distance. Only complaint was there was construction on road and corner sidewalk in front of hotel, making it a bit difficult to hail a cab.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is in an excellent shape, very clean, stuff is very helpful and very responsive. The hotel location is very good - walking distance to Time Square, for example. The subway is not even 50 yards away. The beds are queen and in excellent shape. Area is quiet for New York.

The hotel manager Delanie went above and beyond to get the few things I had left in the safe back to me. While we were there we always felt it was clean, safe and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Our breakfast each morning was delicious and timely for the meetings we were attending.

The hotel was in a decent location, was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. However the elevator was sooooooo slow . At one point wait 15 mintues. Housekeeping uses it as well so guests are competing for it with the employees. The only other complaint was blanket was seriously the thickness of a napkin. All in all if you want something clean, comfortable this would be a good choice
