May 27, 2026This hotel was centrally located to all of the places I visited during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, plus baggage storage was offered prior to check in and afterwards if you your trip departure is after check out. The only downside was there wasn't a fridge or microwave offering but overall I would definitely stay again.

However, slightly disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The bathroom sink was clogged and whole room felt dusty. I felt very itchy while living at the property.

Beds not the best but we certainly slept well. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some of the best food in NY in Chinatown and Little Italy. Convenient to public transportation. We loved it.

Apr 23, 2026Great location near Chinatown. Easy to find. We used Uber to get places, convenient to public transportation if desired. We faced the Manhattan Bridge Arch, traffic noise wasn’t that bad. We did hear an occasional siren but you’re in the city so that should be expected. Hotel is a little dated but clean and beds comfortable. Would recommend for travelers budget conscious, great value for the money.

Jul 11, 2026Yes, their furniture may have been dated, but this room was the cleanest and best-taken-care-of place. The room was super duper clean. I usually find lots of dust and hair behind nightstands or curtains in most hotels I stayed in, no matter how exquisite the hotels were. However, this was like my first time not finding any hair when I walked in. Their cleaning team, wow. If I were their boss, I would make sure they stay at my building forever. This was my first time visiting Chinatown, and I loved the lively atmosphere. So many great food restaurants are open late at night and open so early. But for the same reason, it can be loud at night.
