The Manner is a great property with a fantastic staff.

My new favorite and must-stay hotel in NYC! The service is absolutely perfect. The plush bed and room amenities are wonderful and the details such as breakfast and aperitif hour in the lobby are a delighted surprises. We travel extensively and these details are always missed. The hotel was so lovely and really thought of everything. The staff was poised, helpful, and truly provided a high-end experience! This hotel is a gem and stands out in a world of overpriced high-end hotels with no hospitality . Book it!

Ubicación buena en Soho. El personal súper atento. La limpieza podría estar mejor. Es New York, donde apoyas unas manos y te quedas pegado.

Amazing!! The staff and amenities were top tier; the premises were gorgeous! I took a mini getaway for my birthday, and Nastasha wrote a handwritten note as well as provided macarons for me, a sweet treat! Extremely thoughtful!!

We arrived at the hotel late at night when plans to stay with a family member fell through. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive. They took care of parking our car, got us quickly to our room, even sending up some refreshments. Over the two days we stayed there, we received the warmest and most responsive service we've experienced at a hotel in a long, long time. On top of that, the room was very clean and comfortable and the property was beautiful and excellently located. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to New York!

Not really a 5 star hotel… no valet parking, no garage within 2 blocks, and no gym…

High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work.
