My sons and I had an excellent stay at the Baccarat. Staff was attentive and welcoming, room was excellent with great views, food in the Salon was good. And both room services and retaurants provided delicious dishes with satisfying service. Bedding was really comfortable that we had a relaxing stay which which wished for. High end property with a beautiful room but I didn’t feel the level of front desk service matched the quality of the property and other staff. My check in staff was a bit stand off’ish and not entirely willing to make The process easy. Also I asked for late Checkout and they granted it with some begrudging manners. I’ve not had that at other 5 star properties where the general attitude is “we can make that happen”. Pleasant stay but a little disappointed. Concierge staff Alexandra and Raphael on the other hand were excellent. Wonderful.
