Had a 1 bedroom apt with a full kitchen. There is a market downstairs where you can buy coffee, snacks, soda, etc. Great location, friendly staff, easy to get in and out. Would stay there again.

The only complaint we had was about extras: there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper at the time, so we had to keep asking for more; the toiletries were insufficient for the whole stay, and the hotel doesn't have a luggage room. We think these things are easy and cheap to provide and would make the stay way more enjoyable.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in London. One of the biggest advantages was its location, as it was close to the subway and made it easy to get around the city without relying on taxis or other transportation. The neighborhood itself was a bit rough around the edges and felt dirtier than we expected. That said, we found that many parts of London seemed similar unless you stay in the more upscale areas, where hotel prices are significantly higher. The hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a pleasant visit. Overall, this was a very nice place for the money, especially considering its convenient location.
