Was clean. Pet friendly room was a bit run down, back in another building away from the main lodge, breakfast not available for that building. Door to connecting room had been kicked in at some point and was barely secured. Very little outside lighting. Handicapped access was difficult with a walker, can't imagine having to have a wheelchair-just very small. No handrails and shower not handicapped accessible.

This is a basic motel within walking distance of Indiana Beach. The staff is nice, but easily confused. I had to clean spider webs out of my room. But the room was otherwise clean and tidy.

This was a horrible experience. Pictures online were nothing what we experienced. We were in the motel part. Like a ghetto. No coffee pot. Full size beds, broken mirror in the sink area. Tv not working properly. Ceramic tile no carpet. Bathroom filthy. Hot tub in the breakfast area! Filled with sand. Breakfast area chairs soo much com webs. Not clean!! FILTHY!! Lets not even talk about the complintary breakfast.! Worst!! I can go on about the establishment, but not worth it!! HORRIBLE!!!!
