May 27, 2026Comfortable stay, spacious living area, laundry and kitchen was fantastic with full fridge, stove and oven. Old style lifts with limited space so a bit tricky to get all the big luggages up to our floor but an issue. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Jun 12, 2026We loved our stay here, in The Highgrove Suite. It was perfect for family of 5. We kept commenting on how spacious it was, how nice the bathrooms were, everything so clean, and so great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to pack as much! The staff were very kind and helpful and the 24hr staffing was very reassuring. It was so convenient to the Earls Court tube station and we quickly learned how to navigate the city. The Kensington neighborhood was completely safe and well maintained— another thing we’d comment on was how clean the whole area was. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

Jun 11, 2026Another fantastic stay at No. 1 The Mansion Apartments by Mansley! The property has great British charm with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Our family of seven stayed in a three bedroom three bathroom that was literally the size of a small house. Earl’s Court station is just down the street making it so easy to get to Heathrow and anywhere else in the city. A grocery store, coffee shops and a pub are just steps away. Very secure building and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you!

Jun 23, 2026The apartment was very clean. However, it needs to be updated as there are some stains on the walls and carpets. We like to make meals when we stay in an apartment… this kitchen had some kitchen supplies, but it could be better stocked. For example, one night we made pasta but needed to cook pasta in two separate pots as the apartment only had two very small pots to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Charlotte. The building is very close to Earls Court underground which is very convenient.

Apr 8, 2026Per the reviews, we knew it was an older property but the service and set up was perfect for our family. To have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area for the price was amazing. And the staff was so kind a helpful. In addition, it was a great location: near a major tube stop, a direct shot if you take the train from Heathrow, and a grocery store and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for families traveling to London.

Apr 9, 2026Super convenient location, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, where we took the train directly from the airport. Check in was wonderful! The receptionist was lovely and made us feel right at home. The washrooms in the apartment left a little to be desired (bathtub was not operational and sink stoppers did not work well) but otherwise very clean and well equipped. The host was wonderful with communication. All in all a great stay and I will definitely stay here again for my next trip.
