Staff and crew were absolutely great during our stay. Lovely folks, very helpful. The room was clean, accessibility to transit and there's plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevators, especially during check out times - had to wait a bit to make it down from our room floor. Seemed only two out of three were working. Otherwise great hotel and marvelous staff.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were super nice and helpful with everything! Everything was clean and I felt safe to go out by myself outside in the evening. It was amazing, I highly recommend this place!

It was a very nice room, nice helpful staff. I should have read the reviews to see that no microwave or refrigerator was in the King sized room but I didn't really need them since when you eat out in NYC the portions rarely leave you with leftovers 😂
