The staff was fantastic, especially at the front desk. I am upset that I can't remember the name of the Asian gentleman who checked me in, but he was one of the best, most friendly and helpful front desk agents I have ever interacted with. I was in a bind because I lost my wallet and didn't have ID or my credit card with me, and he found a way to verify everything and get me checked in. You can't ask for a better performance by a member of the hotel staff. He was fantastic, as we're everyone else I interacted with at the hotel. I will absolutely stay here again!

I use Four Points for my weekend stay in NYC. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower was perfect. The check in process was simple and fast. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall I was happy staying here. The location was good - we felt very safe walking around late into the night. AC unit worked well and allowed for user adjustment down to 66 f. Staff was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was all the linens were stained. I didn’t feel they were dirty but stained - which felt gross. The rooftop restaurant was terrible. Staff there was rude, cocktails were overpriced and made incorrect and the vibe is like teenage appropriate.
