Employees were so nice and the location is so close to times square/MSG! Great stay for concerts

Staying in the Flatiron District is, personally, my favorite place to be; and Heritage Hotel gives you really good prices for the location. The bed is INSANELY comfortable. The staff is excellent and helpful. The amenities are good, not great, but available nonetheless. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Clean and well located. Staff was very nice. Rooms were basic, very noisy at night with slamming doors and noisy neighbors.

Great place for the money! Older building. Older kind of lobby. Older elevators, but room was totally fine super comfortable bed. Everything seemed pretty clean. Excellent location! Would come again, especially for the price.

This stay was great! It was in a great location for our stay. It wasn’t too updated, but it was a good size for what we needed. Mostly cleaned, but old amenities. Staff were lovely and felt like a safe area.

After several delayed flights, we arrived well after midnight and checked in to a room with food trash in the fridge and stains in the pillowcases. Front desk staff was able to move us to another vacant room which was tidy, but definitely not spotless. Bed was comfy, location was very nice with good restaurants nearby and easy subway access.

Heritage Hotel is very well located but it is run down. That being said, it was clean despite being in need of an update. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made up for the more basic accommodation.

My friends and I stayed in a room with two double beds, and we had so much space to get ready with our stuff, which was fantastic! The staff was super helpful, and it was a great spot to come back to after walking the city all day.

A smaller and older hotel in a great location. Limited amenities, but all were more than adequate--the price reflects that. A room with three beds was a great find. The entire facility was very clean. The staff was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Would definite stay there again
