The upmarket room was very comfortable - worth considering if you're staying more than a night or 2. The outdoor sitting area was great - kettle, microwave, toaster, water and some bread and fruit for breakfast. There's also a washing machine. The room was serviced daily. Mr Boondee was helpful with maps and information. There's a reverse osmosis water machine out the front. A little noisy when people are leaving in the morning.

We have stayed one night. Friendly staff and relatively clean room. However not really comfortable. Very very hard bed, and old looking room. Just okay and cheap for one night. But nothing more.

Large space to myself with sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. Clean, but with slightly dirty underside of sink and an odd smell in the place. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff who gave me a map. Good location close to downtown.
