The accommodations were basic, but solid. I didn’t need much but noticed the microwave didn’t work, the shower door didn’t close easily and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I’d stay again, for that price, but travel with my own pillow

Enjoyed our stay. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were nice and clean. It would be great if they could add an ironing board and iron, a couple of extra pillows and a hairdryer. But overall, very happy with our stay, and would stay again. So many food options in the area and a 3 minute walk to the rube station.

Great value for money , clean and quiet.
I was a little sceptical about booking this hotel due to the many negative reviews in the past , in my opinion they where totally unfounded, the reception staff where friendly and efficient , the hotel has a lift to all floors which is not always the case in this part of London , the room was large , extremely clean and very quiet, i will book this hotel again.

It's a very clean hotel; however, during booking, they should let us know the room's position. For example, my room was underground., IImagine that's insane for such an amount of money; an underground space with no view and no air feels cramped. Okay, but let the customer know where they are reserving during the booking process.
