Great room with a view. Beds were comfortable and for an NYC room it was surprisingly spacious (not large but not cramped like so many in this city are). Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room service isn’t automatic though so notify the front desk if you do require service.

Clean room, helpful staff, great location. One thing to note is rooms are equipped with hot water kettles not coffee machines, along with tea and instant coffee.

The place is okay but they use heat pumps as opposed to central heating and they don’t work. It was between 30 and 40 degrees and the room would heat to 62 degrees and keep cycling off. The staff gave us space heaters after contacting them but it was still very cold in the room with the single plane glass.

The room climate was lovely. It was still balmy in New York and the AC was adjustable from the room, which was great. I love being able to sleep in a cold room. The room was very clean, and very quaint. It has a lot of charm, it's very classic New York. The Balcony was also a lovely touch.

Greatest balcony, beautiful style and design, free bottled water provided. Additional towels brought warm to my room and in walking distance to so much. Will stay again!
