The front desk clerk was really nice. My room did not have a remote and the ac was very old. Besides that the stay was pretty cool can’t complain!! Thanks park west, I’ll be back.

There was no hotel there anymore. When arrived I was told by someone I should have received info b email (which never happened) and I was automatically sent to another hotel. The square hotel. I lost a lot of time on getting to one and then the other not to mention I had to pay double UBER.

The property was terrible and looked very unclean, tv and shower didn’t work. Staff was very unhelpful. Place is very overpriced for its horrible conditions.

This property is located in a bad area, and it's in bad shape. Let along not even a coffee maker in the room. Everything is super old. It has a window AC making a tractor level noise. Never coming back.

The location was very convenient. I was disappointed that my adult son, who was on the reservation as a paid for, attending guest, was not given access to his room till I arrived, very late in the night (my flight was much later than his). He was very tired, but waited patiently in a stark and uncomfortable reception area till I arrived. I was denied verbal confirmation to give him access to the room for which was paid.
I was also charged an additional $25 "reservation fee" for both nights of my stay upon checking out. (???)

Way to overpriced! Yea it’s across from Central Park but it’s gross and dirty! Wallpaper coming off the walls, holes in the wall, dirt stuck to bottom of shower. OLD AC units covered in dust and mold! Rugs throughout the buildings and in the room are beyond dirty, ripping up and repulsive! I could have found a cleaner space to sleep IN CENTRAL PARK under a tree than this place! The whole room smelt like chemicals when you walk in and not cleaning ones! Called some asking for an additional pillow and towel and they never brought them up for us! SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOTTTT STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!

I have never left a review before, but after my one night stay here I felt the need to do so. Do not stay here. The hotel staff was very nice, but the room did not look like the pictures at all.. it was dingy and gross.. there was stuff on the walls, stains on the mattresses, no phone or clock, and had a musty smell. To top it all off around 8:30am a man (who did not work for the hotel) used a key to open our door and tried to come in while we were still asleep. We are two younger girls in our 20s. We felt so unsafe. Thank goodness we had our top lock pushed over. Then about 25 minutes later hotel staff knocked on our door until we responded to ask us if we needed anything?? Found very odd especially since checkout wasn’t until 12pm. Stay far away.

Property was not well maintained or as advertised. During my stay I also encountered bugs, was disgusting. Brought it to hotel management's attention and was ignored after 3 attempts. Very disappointed! Will obviously not be going back and don't recommend anyone else go to this hotel due to the bugs issue and of course the poor conduct from hotel manangement.

NYCのホテル価格高騰は仕方がないが、3万円以上出して、コンセントに充電器を差してもコンセント穴が老朽化しており落ちてくるような感じでした。
スーツケースを開くスペースもないのは致し方なしと割り切れますし、スタッフ対応がとてもよかったので、プラスマイナス０という感じです。

This hotel is a good deal for the money. It's in NYC next to Central Park and the subway! That said, it's very basic as people have said. The elevator is small and slow but at least there is one! I found free parking nearby on the street. No amenities but you're just there to sleep and the beds were comfortable and clean.

The lighting was awful so dark and gloomy. The bathroom was teeny tiny and with shelf tilting and leaky toilet. I was charged a fee upon checkin which I was told would be refunded, it was not. Nor was the room serviced each day as also told upon check in.
