We specifically selected this hotel in order to have breakfast at 7am before attending an appointment, checked in to be told it was 7.30am and gaslighted that it doesn't say 7 anywhere, get to the room and information on QR code says 7am, as does the website. Working in customer service I understand that mistakes can be made and processes changed, but please update this information and ask staff to be a bit kinder. Paid extra for a room with a window which was a tiny window miles up by the ceiling and neither window nor curtains could be opened. Room very clean and nice shower, but very small room. Staff were friendly otherwise.

No-window basement room booked for 2-nights. Perfectly ok small room with double bed, which was very comfortable, and air conditioned of course. Some noise from nearby rooms but otherwise fine. 10-min walk to a couple of rail/underground stations. A few local restaurants in the Little Portugal area.

Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again

Great budget hotel. Really impressed with how clean the rooms were and all the amenities offered. Well located for what I needed, a short walk to Vauxhall and Nine Elms tube stations. Much better than a lot of nearby budget hotels, a world apart in fact. Definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly, always greeting you and making you feel welcome.

I like the cleanliness of our accommodation I chose this hotel because it has air conditioning that worked well the first night but second day it was broken and it was super hot outside so we didn’t sleep the second night asked for a fan but they didn’t have any even after they had known the air con was broken all day it was awful and alot of the guests were very unhappy hot and tired I think we should have a refund for the night we endured without the advertised air conditioning

My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy.

Hotel was perfectly situated for me. Great transport links as Vauxhall bus and tube nearby. Hotel was very well presented, ckean and co.fortable. Room was warm with aircon . Shower was good. Staff could not have been more helpful.
