Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a few hiccups (like one night my room was very hot) but they were remedied very quickly. The pool is incredible, but be aware that they sell passes to non-guests, so it can get VERY crowded if it is a nice day (I think this would be a nonissue for much of the year, as the pool is only during the summer months). I loved the location and the room itself was gorgeous (great bathtub!). The room service menu and staff were lovely. The gym is also well-equipped and there is a spa on that floor that I would like to try on my next visit--I definitely plan on staying here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, and the views of New York City are breathtaking. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had everything I needed to truly relax and enjoy my stay. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the way the staff made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect for enjoying Manhattan while still having a peaceful and luxurious place to come back to at the end of the day.
