Fantastic view of the city, the room was clean and efficiently laid out. Amenities are great - the rooftop bar, the lounge and dining, all wonderful. Only complaint was they were slow to clean the room, even after a late afternoon request, and then the timing didn’t work out for me. But otherwise, great experience. Location is superb!

Citizen M was a fantastic place to stay in the Lower East Side of Manhattan at a good value. While the room was very small, it was still comfortable, especially the bed. The front desk and canteen staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of heart-healthy options. There were lots of good restaurants and several things worth doing within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We loved this hotel. We visit New York City a lot, and this hotel was such a surprise! The location is excellent for subway stations and for walking. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the amenities are great! We LOVED the rooftop deck as it is hip and cozy at the same time and has AMAZING views of the entire city!
