Having read some negative reviews, I was slightly worried about door codes, broken blinds, etc. However, it couldn't have been easier than the codes delivered promptly, clear directions, lift up, easy access to the room and everything I could need for a short stay whilst my husband was in the hospital. Room was clean, everything was quite well laid out. Loo is round and therefore incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Bed is hard, if you're use to soft mattresses be-warned. COOP across the street is open till 11pm at night so useful. Trains are not as noisy as others have said, close the inner door if it's still too loud. TV is nothing fancy, don't expect to get Digital channels.

Awful experience here. No check in information receive and had to spend hours on chat to hotels.com to finally get a random WhatsApp message with information at 9pm. Did not feel safe (they mentioned the name was different on the booking, so half expected someone else to arrive at the room) and the train noise is horrendous. Room was modern ish and clean enough but nothing is worth that mess of a check in experience and feeling like you’re sleeping on a train track. Avoid!
