From our check in until our check out, my family and I had a great stay! Hotel is modest but perfect for a few nights in NYC. We were there to sight see before Christmas and the location was very convenient to get to the subways. Roof top Suite was a perfect spot for my husband and I and our two sons. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

During our stay the staff on the reception desk were not always welcoming and occasionally appeared inconvenienced.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was extremely cold but was clean.
It is close to a subway station providing easy access to other areas.
