Fantastic stay, bit far from Nippori Station but with Google map, should not take more than 12 mins. Room is spacious and comfortable, shower water is really strong so it is even better than some small hotel room

Property runs a ghost reception. Everyone self checks in and out. All rooms phones are out of service permanently. Stay for a week and get two instant coffees. No room service.

Dont expect reception to be there during your stay. We managed to find a girl in the office with the blinds shut upon arrival. Stayed for 7 nights in total and saw s cleaner who was very helpful and had to open the office door once to try and get a problem solved because the person was chatting on their computer.

The price was reasonable. Since we had a small child, it was helpful to have a washing machine in the room. It was a little far to walk from the station with a small child. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient.

Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights.

This is a reasonably priced rental apartment located in the residence area. Because of the way the city is designed, it was very hard to find even though I printed out the map. Asked couple nice local people but gave wrong direction. After spent nearly one hour, asked the staffs from Mikawashima Station and Mikawashima Station Police Box, finally found the apartment. It takes 10-15 mins walk from Mikawashima Station, which facilitated with elevator, so good for luggages. We used this station to access everyday. There was a receptionist on the 1st floor to check in with. The Premium Apartment was very big with 4 comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom with laundry machine. Amazing size in the Tokyo city center! We have a very pleasant stay. The walks in the clean local residence neighbourhood was very interesting. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to lawson, needs a little walk to Nishi Nippori station.those who does not want to walk, this is not for you. Has kitchen, washer, lots of towels, free detergent, has stove and refrigirator. Free wifi. This is not a hotel. Clean unit. Space is enough for my family of four.

I stayed first 4 nights in "2 Twin Beds" and last two nights in "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed". "2 Twin Beds" is extremely small and very uncomfortable, even though the facility is well maintained and clean. "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed" is just right size for two of us. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk to Nishinippori station. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The staff is very helpful and responsive.
