Would recommend a bit of staff checking on pool area in regards to guests not following rules, we saw a dog one day there, and some guests take over the pool the next night, rowdy, throwing things, making my child not want to swim, and we went back to our room.
Older place which is o.k but would recommend staff clean better around perimeter of room and...

"Check in was super fast, the front desk person was friendly. Our room was much bigger than expected, and super clean. The hotel was busy with hockey teams but it never felt crowded and everyone was respectful in regard to quiet times. The pool and hot tub area was clean and super fun!"

The location was on Harvey ave, across the Orchard mall. They had done up the room for a little birthday surprise for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure it was done before our arrival being such a busy location.
