Awesome Stay
Location is too good. Hotel staff at reception was really good and co-operative. We checked out at 11 AM morning and left the bag at reception as our KTX was in the night to Seoul. Reception staff was really good and behaved so nicely. I will give 5 stars to hotel due to its service, location (Perfect Haeundae Beach view)

The hotel itself starts on the 6th floor of the building. The lobby is a little confusing to reach as you need to ride an elevator from the lower level of the building to the fourth floor where another hotel lobby is located, and then take another set of elevators to the sixth floor of the hotel to reach Kunoh's lobby. The lobby and halls of the hotel were more than outdated with stains on the carpet, however that was the exact opposite case in terms of rooms. While the halls and elevators held some smell and a much needed upgrade, the room was equipped with a glass stove top in the mini kitchenette, the latest model of washer, and an automated and heated toilet seat. The room itself was really spacious and offered a clear view of Haeundae Beach. During our stay, Busan was hit by a major storm which led us to stay in for the day. Even though we were lodged in, we had an option of having two different convenient stores on the ground floor, a mini massage spa, an arcade, and Outback Steakhouse right downstairs that we didn't need to get drenched by the heavy storm to find things to do and eat. If you are planning to stay in this particular area, then you will find that there are a plethora of places to eat right off the beach as well. One last thing to note is that if you are arriving from Seoul on the KTX rail, or from central Busan, then you will need to take two different metro lines to reach the hotel and in traffic it can take over an hour by bus or car.

Room condition is aged and not so clean. Guests could ovserve some damaged part of rest room. However, the price, location and parking lots could neutralize all negative feelings to become normal.

Location
This is 2nd times stay with 4 nights each booking. Just booked unbelievable price and gave me nice view room with washing machine in the room but no drier. 24H coin laundry store at ground floor. Only one thing I complained small bathtub in shower room. It's bad idea also kind of hard mattress. Overall nice ocean view from 18th floor and location walk within 5~10 minutes from subway hae-un-dae station line 2. Do not expect more than how much you paid then it's perfect. That's why I back again. Thanks seacloud hotel!

Amazing ocean view
My booking from Expedia says a partial ocean view, but the room I get definitely had a stunning view of the entire beach, at the 20th floor. I came end of March, and the weather was very pleasant. The room was spacious. It really made me feel like I was in a resort, for the same price that I paid in other big cities in Korea and Japan. The price to value of this hotel can't be beat in my 3 week trip across Korea and Japan.

Not worth the money
Had 2 twin sized beds. TWIN!!! Never seen that in any hotels I've ever stayed at and I hope I never will. I travel 300+ days a year for work and this was one of the worst hotels for the money. I expected at least hampton inn quality and got something worse than days inn.

Great view but not worthy for money
We have stayed delux ocean view room. The view was amazing and it was 2 mins to the beach and lots of restaurant around. But the bed was so hard and felt springs when we lay down. The amenities and towels were average. We had to change the elevator every time when we leave&arrive the hotel. That was bit annoying. Overall was alright but not worhy for money in my opinion.

Good hotel, perfect location.
Hotel is super easy to find - pretty much the tallest building on the beach. Good array of shops and restaurants out front on the boulevard side. The actual check in desk on 6 is tucked away in a dingey cramped corridor, in stark contrast from the beautiful open plan counter on level four. The staff were helpful and efficient and got us our keys swiftly. My room was a door off what appeared to be a gym. Fortunately the rooms are well insulated and I was not bothered by noise from the gym for the days I stayed here. The hotel room is more of a suite and is a very good size, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean (for the price!). The bed was massive, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was okay, but for some bizarre reason had a bath wedged in to the shower stall which made for an incredibly cramped and strange washing experience (my friend the floor up had an identical layout, no bath in the shower...). The air-conditioned room was an excellent reprieve from the heat. The staff made my room up quickly when I ducked out and checkout was quick and they conveniently stored my bags on my last day while I explored the beach and shops on last time.

Great value hotel on the beach
For the price bracket, this hotel is one of the best. The room is clean and very spacious with plenty of amenities - even a washing machine. Wifi in the room. Great bathroom and shower. Great for solo travellers, families, couples, all sorts. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful when I needed help getting to the airport at a bizarre time. The hotel did seem maybe a little dated and this tends to come up in other reviews. Personally, it didn't bother me at all, it's still clean. At first glance everything was fresh and nice, it would be only when you actively look close at the wallpaper etc you realise that the rooms may need some redecoration at some point soon - no big deal. The hotel is in a skyscraper along with other hotels, so you have to take 2 or 3 elevators to get to your room and the hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. Again, no problem for me, and it's something that can't be helped, but I can see why some people might not like it. The hotel location is perfect if Haeundae beach is your target, because it's just across the road. Close to public transport links and a shuttle bus runs frequently to and from the airport. Close to a lot of Haeundae bars, clubs and restaurants. Overall, great hotel, blown away by the price, highly recommend it to anyone, and would stay again.

Very nice hotel and very close to the beach
First thing, there are two hotels in one! I know, crazy right. One lobby is on the 4th floor, the other is on the 6th. For this particular hotel, it was on the 6th. I stayed in a deluxe room because it was all they had left. This room had two twin beds in it and and ocean view. It had a stove, a fridge and a t.v. The room itself was very spacious. The only issue i had was that it was very confusing getting out of the hotel lol. Another issue was the breakfast that they offer you at VIPS. In my opinion and my families, it wasnt worth it. The eggs were literally sitting in water, the bacon..... lol, thats a story of its own. But other than the breakfast and the issue getting out, everything else was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh yes, inside the building, they also have a great Thai massage place, its a little pricey, Outback restaurant, VIPS and a Turkish place downstairs.
