It was a building next to a dry cleaners that looked in poor condition. The noise from the dry cleaners in the morning woke me up. At first I thought it was construction. Next, little bugs appeared in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. The first evening we noticed mold on the ceiling, we wanted to leave the place immediately but could not get our expensive amount back. We needed towels, after the second day. Anything extra, we had to pay for it. We booked for four days! No one to speak to but a person hired through Optium. The floor and walls were scratched and in poor condition. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for. Almost forgot there were streaks and water marks on the blue walls. There was no closet or any bureau where I could hang my clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. On a positive note can say that our refrigerator worked and our air conditioning worked well.

Don’t bother
Fees upon fees and when you think it’s over, there’s another one. Don’t bother asking for anything during your stay they won’t send anyone to help. And when it’s time for checkout, they ask for more money. Our room leaked from 4 different places when it rained overnight and there were puddles on the floor when we woke up.

Overall it was a great stay, however the listing mentioned two queen beds. I brought that to the attention of the staff but it was dismissed multiple times, instead of two rooms with two queen beds it was two rooms one queen bed and bunk bed in the other room. Pictures showed what should have been a basic living room vs just an entry way with a table. Kitchen with hot plate, fridge and some basic items included was nice. Parking was easy, right off Condado. Entry way from street to the unit was a bit interesting with construction materials on both sides, didn't bother me just thought a better presentation. Still an excellent value, but going into it would have been nice. After the fact they mention rules such as no guests, didn't seem to be an issue anyways.

Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show.

It was adequate and clean. Missing a closet and would have preferred the TV in the bedroom of the suite. Next time I would get the studio instead. Also, all management is done remotely. There's no one on the premises to meet for check-in or any request. It would've been easier to check in if I would've known that.

I liked that they had the option for early check-in and late check-out (for an additional fee). It is also within walking distance to a Walgreens for any last minute needs and also has many cafe/dining options nearby. What I did not like was the noise level. The property is located directly next to a bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and my room was street-facing. At night, the crowds would get rowdier and on a few occasions, they had karaoke, so needless to say I had difficulty sleeping.

Overall, our stay here was good. It was a good amount of space for me and my girlfriend and having a kitchenette was really nice for the occasional cooking. The biggest issue was the noise. You hear EVERYTHING in this property; whether it's other people staying there, noises from the streets, traffic, or workers next door... you hear it all. My other smaller issue with the property was the shower. The water pressure in the shower is terrible and was definitely not enjoyable. We also found the occasional bug in the property. Other than that, was a pretty nice stay.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant due to several issues. The advertisement did not accurately represent the place, and the host refused to let us cancel shortly after booking. They only sent the correct advertisement later on. The smell of cat urine, outdated facilities, and an unsafe alley added to our negative experience. Moreover, the host's rudeness worsened the situation. The host never offered an alternative place or a refund, even though it was clear that what was advertised did not match what we received. After showing Expedia the pictures and them attempting to get a waiver for a refund, we received a partial refund through their platform, not directly from the host. Later, we found out that new guests had experienced the same issues, and they were also disgusted. I strongly advised not booking this place.
