The staff had no idea that it was pre paid the hotel room. So they charged me on my credit card again. After they find out that it was paid . They tried to return the money in to my checking account. O my I find out that they have charged me again. And the worst part is that another guy charged me a no show

I was stuck in a room right by the elevator so that all people who passed by could look in. As a single woman travelling, I found this to be uncomfortable.

Pretty good stay. The only downside was a couple was fighting for two hours and it took the property a long time to contact the authorities.

Hotel -No Tissue Used Soap
There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom a used bar of soap. People were hanging outside at 2:30 in the morning walking around just not what I expected. I also was giving a handicap accessible room when I called to ask for tissue I was asked do I have a car and I can drive to get a roll of toilet paper just extremely poor service

Front desk staff was great! The room could have been cleaner, although I was glad there was no carpet the floors were not mopped before our stay, and the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better.

The room was clean however the water flow in the tub did not drain properly. When it was brought to the attention to the front desk there was no apology or offer to reduce the bill. While mentioning this to the front desk another guest also mentioned the same situation and the front desk just said that he would have someone look into it! Will not stay here again. Very disappointed.

It was centrally located between the Airport and Disney, right at the on/off ramps. The Ihop was right by the lobby, really nice people and great food.

Volleyball & Garden Omelet: Grandparents Delight
We love to be within five minutes walking distance of one of the most important volleyball tournaments of the season. In other words, directly across International Blvd from the Orange County Convention Center, we sleep and have a terrific, early morning omelet at the IHOP on the premises. Doesn't win games, but wins comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.
