8/10 Very good

Great location downtown, parking convenience is ok, but very confusing layout between P1 & P2. Elevators are out of the way and it’s a walk to the lobby with hot coffee.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to Parliament Hill and all other buildings. There are plenty of restaurants/bars and shops within a few minutes along a pedestrian walkway. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The amenities in the room are Crabtree & Evelyn. Reception is extremely helpful.
