Good location, poor experience
The location of the hotel and hotel itself were good but a few experiences during our stay lowered the rating.
Firstly received a WhatsApp message directly from the hotel on the day of arrival saying check in was from 3. Arrived a 3 for check in to be told the room wasn't ready and the room would be ready until 3:30, I was told the hotel was busy thus causing the delay. Don't send a message the day before then saying 3.
When we came back to check in at 3:30 the queue was 20 minutes long to check in. Not a good start.
Room was a good size, but a big crack in the sink. Also opened the window but would close again.
Spa facilities were good.
Breakfast was ridiculous waited in a long queue. Eventually seated and then waited 45 minutes to be served a very average breakfast. Toast never arrived. Continental breakfast was very poor with no bread to go with cheese and meats. It was the same at every table.
On check staff did not even ask how our stay was.
