The rooms haven’t been updated or maintained and there were broken cabinets & the tub had mold. There were roaches in the room as well. I have to say that when I checked in the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park. Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.

Nicest low quality room. It’s like an oxymoron. Hard to describe but would have been a lovely room new and in the 80s. Now just large, spacious, outdated and dirty. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

The property was disgusting, Filthy, dirty, and smelly. We looked at 10 rooms, one worse than the other missing TVs, beds soiled, bugs missing or broken couches. This was a nightmare hotel. At one point one of the rooms we checked out had literally water pouring into the first floor bedroom soaking the mattress on the bed . I kid you not. This was the worst hotel I'd ever. Do not recommend this to anyone. I was there for a few hours before I checked out and demanded a refund. Travelocity was good enough to give me one and we were able to book a much better more suitable hotel at the last minute. Thank God. My whole vacation could have been ruined because of this horrific place.

Front desk staff are awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are at home. I stayed there for a month while my place was being renovated and felt like I had a place away from home. Ms Dorothy in hskp. was a princess....always checking to make sure my room was clean. Overall rating 10 Highly recommended. Will gladly return again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pot smoke smell that seemed to be everywhere, including our room, made for a much less pleasant experience. The lack of coffee, tea, hot cocoa and juice in the “grab and go breakfast “ area and the drinks vending machine being out of order didn’t help our disposition any. But it was a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Average review.

The room was clean however the cabinets are never cleaned because there's dead roaches in them. The toilet got clogged the first time it was used and we had to go down to the front desk for a plunger because the room phone doesn't work to communicate to the lobby. We didn't have sheets for the pull out couch so that was another trip to the lobby. The beds were clean and comfortable thankfully.

The lobby staff was very rude and did not attend to our needs, they wanted to charge us too much money, the garbage cans in the hallways and surrounding areas were overflowing with garbage and had a bad smell because they did not change the bags, the room was not equipped like the staff. He indicated, the mats were dirty and stained like blood, and the room had a musty smell. Honestly, my family and I had to cancel our stay once we saw all that. I do not recommend it at all, this hotel must make a change of management to see if it improves.

Too bad that the building design and layout is just right and the room that I was in was of a sufficient, satisfactory design. That said, the place is a garbage pail with the smell to prove it. I was assigned room 222, immediately upon walking in the first red flag was the sticky vinyl floors, once pass that you notice the horrible roach infested odor that I am very familiar with as I am a landlord. The furniture is outdated and damaged, there were no chairs in the dinette area or even at the desk. Then came the roaches, I killed about 8 or 9 myself and left them bundled so that they could be seen by the staff. Unfortunately, the EDC festival was going on and so when I attempted to find another place to stay, my options for a replacement stay would have reached high hundreds in difference, so I bit the bullet and decided to bear with it the place for the 3 nights.

When I entered the hotel to go to my room I noticed the area around the elevator was filled with trash. This wasn't due to the guy who was responsible for cleaning because anytime I saw him (2-3 times a day) he was emptying trash. When I opened the door to my room (210) it smelled of urine. The carpet was stained with what looked like urine stains. One of the hand towels had, what I hope was beard trimmings on it. You could tell it was an older hotel. Other than that, the bed was clean and comfortable. Maybe clean the carpet once a month or so and it would be acceptable.

You would definitely NOT want an Exteneded Stay!

We were under mandatory evacuation from hurricane Milton, so we decided to stay in Orlando. The pictures of the hotel online looked very nice. Upon check in we were placed in a room that we had not booked, and being that the hotel was completely booked due to the evacuations, we accepted. Every other hotel had no availability. The room had a strange smell, the floors were well worn, the furniture was terribly worn and looked like a thrift shop donation, the toilet made a loud noise for minutes after flushing, the bathtub enamel was completely worn out, the air conditioners did not cool properly, we could hear people in the hallway, and the people above us, the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana, the ‘free breakfast’ literally consisted of coffee or tea, oatmeal packets, individually wrapped muffins and nutra grain bars. We also swent to a store and bought cleaning products to attempt to sanitize the room. We only stayed one of the two days we had booked, once we found out we could return to Tampa. The place looked nothing like it was pictured online. It had an off the highway sketchy motel vibe. Definitely NOT worth the price charged per night.
