Clean, well maintained, great wifi, appreciate the eco initiatives they have taken. Location is super accessible. The delivered French press coffee in the morning is a game changer!

I have been staying at Listel for many many years, but this was my last time there, as they are closing their doors early in November. I will miss the hotel but more importantly the wonderful staff who have become such good friends..
Cheers!

Can be hard to spot the hotel when driving past, has valet parking and a good brunch restaurant (Cora's) a few doors down.

Real soul and Character
This was a lovely hotel..it had fab art, wonderful service, real character and soul....a really good find. Wine tasting every evening, trips organised.
Sadly it is going to be closed on 20th Nov 2024 and rebuilt into another souls same as every other hotel. 36 floors including apartments...such a shame. They will loose the current staff who will go elsewhere and that was one of the real highlights of this hotel. the drawing of what it will look like was not good. I really, really hope they manage to recreate the current ambience and atmosphere!!

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Right on the main shopping street of the downtown, with many restaurants and stores just steps away.
Despite being on a busy street, the room we had was quiet and sleeping was easy. Room was good sized and they helpfully have the sink outside the bathroom, making it easier to accommodate a family of 4.
We visited during a warm stretch and the AC worked well. Every hotel in downtown Vancouver is expensive, and I thought the price was worthwhile to stay in this great location downtown.

Lovely staff, very quiet room especially since the neighborhood is bustling. We took home leftovers from a local restaurant one night and they brought up a microwave so we could warm up the containers for lunch. Very thoughtful touch. Pricey hotel but worth it.
