Very nice jet tub in room, it needs another chair maybe small table, you can't enjoy food in room other than eating on a very soft bed, also hooks or somewhere to hang bathrobes , coffee machine outdated, Nespresso would be nicer, also no espresso at the italian restaurant Terrazza not so Italian

Quiet, clean, great staff
Staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms-comfy. The buffet was only just ok (need better coffee!) But the pool area was cool, and great location too. Quieter than some of the hotels I've stayed in that are right on Banff Ave.

Great location!
Great location! It was so conveniently located that we walked everywhere in banff. We took a shuttle to the ski resorts right outside the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, as well as food at the bar. We didn’t try the Italian restaurant but the others were really good! We would definitely stay there again!
