Wonderful Hotel
Very clean hotel! All staff were very friendly. Beds are comfy and complimentary breakfast was well stocked at all times! We also didnt feel rushed as we only got to the breakfast just before it ended at 10am ( we love to sleep in when away). This was really appreciated! Thank you! The front desk also provided a very detailed list of easy to follow directions to local restaurants and nearby stores. No Google maps needed! We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which was also clean. There are a few arcade type machines which the kids liked, and we're not directly by rooms so shouldn't disturb anyone. Good breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. An ideal location for Niagara Falls.

Was just ok!
First time staying here.Check in was good!! Room was ok! Lots of children running up and down the hallways! Can hear everything. Breakfast was horrible pretty sure they use a microwave to cook the food!! Potato’s were still white and soggy, no bagel just plain bread. No peanut butter available. No choice in pastry and muffins just mini muffins. For how big the hotel is you would think there would be more choices available!
