Not a very night stay
I appreciate I got upgraded to a lovely room in the end but it was my third room moved and having the stress and health issues didn't help. I picked this hotel because of me being born in the area and my nan used to treat the family for Christmas lunch and many family meals. My parents both passed away last year so it was important to me to visit friends for a while. The female staff were so helpful but one particular member of staff dismissed the facts that running water permanently coming through the tap was already known to him. I overhead him telling the female staff. The manager was lovely but he seemed to busy with a Christmas party to be bothered. Not what I was hoping for to be honest. I had already paid for an upgrade too.

This hotel is a good find, comfortable and convenient, especially for the A23. Staff do their best, but it is worth making it clear if you want to charge items during your stay. Parking is conveniently near and seemed secure. Recommended.

Stayed here a few times over the years,it's a good hotel not had a problem so far ! Good size carpark around the hotel but you do have to pay for the privilege to park here . Friendly check in all information given. Lift to all floors Room was very spacious as was the shower room. All very contemporary looking as just recently had a makeover. Breakfast not included but could add if you want to. Bed super comfortable Shower hot and powerful WiFi excellent Location close on the outskirts of the city center,a few restaurants close by and large open spaces. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location poor amenities. Booked for an executive room They offer shampoo but no conditioner even on calling reception none available. Ladies, who washes their hair and does not condition it? Either offer all toiletries or just tell us to bring all our own.

Room was a sauna.
Room was way too hot, had to leave hallway door open. Windows do not open. Fan was filthy, could not use. Windows were soaked with condensation from sleeping in a hot room. No fan in washroom. No tissues. Cups were filthy. Very small rooms
