Comfortable rooms. However, the doors make a lot of noise when closing, and due to the hallway layout, you might be woken up at night by the sound of neighboring doors. Contrary to what is indicated on the breakfast voucher (as well as on their website in the package descriptions), breakfast is no longer a la carte, but a buffet. Limited options, not worth the $26 asking price.

Though some furnitures were too old, generally the room was clean. Staff members were very nice and helpful especially two of the staffs serving breakfast. Breakfast choices were quite diverse and lovely though we did get fed up after 9 days of stay. The only downside is that rubbish bag were left by the door twice and toilet rolls were not topped up so I had to go to reception to get some. It’s well located by Eaton Centre and convenient to travel and shopping. We had a good time.
