Built in the early 1950s, this lovely apartment has been renovated to bring a minimalist design with functional fixtures together. Feel rested among the comfortable white decor and enjoy drinks out on the private patio. Only a 10-15 min walk to the Stampede/Saddledome, BMO Center, Inglewood & 9th Ave. A quick drive to the downtown core. Close to buses. Located near the Rivers. An ideal place for couples, singles and business travellers.

We are located in the beautiful, historic and safe innercity neighborhood of Ramsay (one of the original communities of Calgary) famous for our character houses and Scotsman Hill which is located just minutes up the street (see pictures) that overlooks the downtown core. We recommend checking this out, especially at night and during stampede as it's the best place in the city to watch the fireworks.
This unit is a 600 sq ft space has a large window in the main kitchen area, allowing plenty of sunlight for this apartment. This multi apartment building is built in the early 1950's, There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living space.
The bathroom is a nice size with a stand-up shower, and we have done everything possible to ensure that you will be comfortable and happy in this space. If there is anything that you need, please ask us.
Beautiful floors throughout this huge living room area as well as a huge kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave and an island that can comfortably seat 2, to sit and enjoy your meals and dinner trays to eat in living room if preferred. Coffee and tea provided in the suite with a kettle and a Keurig machine at your convenience. Plates, pots, pans and everything essential you require for a kitchen is provided.
The unit also features a large TV with Netflix and plenty of board games.
Everything in this space is well designed and comfortable. Safety is also our main priority, so wired in carbon monoxide/smoke detectors are throughout the building.
We have professionals come in between each booking because cleanliness is a priority to us.
Guests will have access to laundry facilities if required . Before you book in, if required we will issue a permit card for street parking. We will require a license plate number and will book it online for you!
We operate off of the August Smart Lock system, so if you did not receive an email with the app instructions when you booked, contact us immediately so we can manually set this up for you. We can also provide a physical key is requested.
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.
